WEEK 0–1

Leviathan Initiation & Blueprint

We start with a deep dive, not guesswork.

Muscle Mommy Growth Map

A simple, visual map that shows:

  • Exactly where we're prioritising growth (glutes, delts)
  • Where we're protecting (waist, arms, spots you don't want to blow up)
  • Why we're choosing certain exercises and machines at Leviathan so you can trust the process when you start eating more

Nutrition Map for Growth (No "Bulk Panic")

  • Calorie and protein targets based on your InBody and goals
  • 1–2 "Muscle Mommy" sample days (training + rest) you can literally copy
  • Guardrails so you can eat enough to grow without feeling puffy or out of control

WEEK 1–3

8 x 1:1 "Technique & Intensity Lab" Sessions

Eight high-touch 1:1 sessions at Leviathan where we rebuild how you lift.

You'll cover:

  • Squat, bench, deadlift, and Accessories (each at least twice)
  • Biomechanical tweaks for your structure (stance, bar path, setup, tempo)
  • RIR / MER education so you finally know what "hard enough" actually feels like instead of guessing

This isn't random PT. You'll see a session-by-session plan in the program so it feels engineered, not thrown together.

WEEK 1–4

Program, Feedback & Support

4 Weeks of Individualised Programming

  • Built around Leviathan's exact equipment (Panatta, comp racks, specialty bars)
  • Includes heavy, volume, and "pump" work targeted at glutes and shoulders so you see and feel the change

Video Feedback Library

  • All key lifts filmed and coached over the 4 weeks
  • You get a shared folder with your best sets and coaching overlays
  • "Before → after" clips plus written cues you can refer back to long after the sprint is finished

Weekly Check-Ins & Support

COMMON QUESTIONS

Will I get 'bulky'?

No. Muscle is dense. When you build glutes and shoulders, your waist looks smaller by comparison. The "muscle mommy" look is exactly what this program builds—not bulk, but shape and strength.

What if I'm not strong enough yet?

There's no minimum strength level to start. The assessment will identify exactly where you are and where you need to go. We build from there.

What if I can't make every session?

Life happens. If you miss a session, we reschedule. The sprint is designed to fit into your life, not replace it. Consistency matters more than perfection.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

You get a 12-week roadmap. You can continue with Dylan for ongoing coaching, move to hybrid sessions, or run the program solo. The choice is yours. You'll have the tools either way.

I've had coaches before and didn't see much change – why is this different?

ABOUT YOUR COACH

I'm a strength coach who happens to love this stuff enough to do it at a high level myself. I've represented New Zealand in weightlifting, currently coach four international-level lifters, and have helped athletes progress from absolute beginners to national and international records.

Most of my work, though, is with people like you: women who already train hard and want their technique, numbers, and physique to catch up to their effort. Over the years I've guided dozens of strength and recomposition transformations for women who wanted more than "toned."
