A 4-week 1:1 Technique & Physique Sprint for women lifting at Leviathan who want real strength numbers, visible glutes & delts, and a clear plan to stop spinning their wheels.
Limited to 4–5 lifters each month.

Dozens of strength & physique transformations
I coach women who already train hard and want their strength and physique to finally match the work they put in. I've helped lifters go from first barbell to national and international records, and I currently coach 4 international-level athletes alongside dozens of serious recomposition clients.

This isn't "8 random PT sessions." It's a structured 4-week lab to fix your technique, dial in your nutrition, and prove you belong on the Leviathan platform.
WEEK 0–1
We start with a deep dive, not guesswork.
A simple, visual map that shows:
WEEK 1–3

✓If after 4 weeks you don't feel more confident on squat, bench, and deadlift,
✓And you don't see any forward movement in strength, InBody, or movement quality,
✓I'll coach you for 2 extra weeks free, including 1 extra 1:1, until you do.
Why? I back my coaching. If it doesn't do what I say, you shouldn't carry the risk.

Leviathan already has great coaches and serious lifters. If you're a woman who trains here 4–5 days a week, you probably don't need someone to get you into the gym – you need someone to help you get the most out of the work you're already doing.
Here's what I bring to the table:
Platform experience
I've represented New Zealand in weightlifting, so I understand what it takes to build numbers that stand up on a platform, not just in an app.
Range of athletes
I've coached lifters from their first barbell all the way through to national and international records, which means I'm comfortable meeting you where you are and building from there.
Real-world physique changes
I've run dozens of strength and physique transformations for women who wanted visible muscle, better shape, and more confidence on the gym floor.
This 4-week sprint is simply the structure I use to apply that experience in your environment at Leviathan: comp-grade equipment, supportive community, clear plan.
No. Muscle is dense. When you build glutes and shoulders, your waist looks smaller by comparison. The "muscle mommy" look is exactly what this program builds—not bulk, but shape and strength.
There's no minimum strength level to start. The assessment will identify exactly where you are and where you need to go. We build from there.
Life happens. If you miss a session, we reschedule. The sprint is designed to fit into your life, not replace it. Consistency matters more than perfection.
You get a 12-week roadmap. You can continue with Dylan for ongoing coaching, move to hybrid sessions, or run the program solo. The choice is yours. You'll have the tools either way.
Most coaches give you a program. Dylan gives you a system. The weakness assessment, the biomechanical tuning, the weekly check-ins, the video feedback—it's not just a workout plan. It's accountability + science + community.

I'm a strength coach who happens to love this stuff enough to do it at a high level myself. I've represented New Zealand in weightlifting, currently coach four international-level lifters, and have helped athletes progress from absolute beginners to national and international records.
Most of my work, though, is with people like you: women who already train hard and want their technique, numbers, and physique to catch up to their effort. Over the years I've guided dozens of strength and recomposition transformations for women who wanted more than "toned."
The Leviathan Muscle & Strength Lab is my way of offering a clear, time-bound sprint inside this gym for a small number of lifters each month. No hype, no big promises I can't back up – just structured coaching, honest feedback, and results we can put numbers on.
